Refund and Returns Policy

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

1) You are able to return the specified product(s) to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.

2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. Products must be unopened and in the same condition you received them, with any seals, labels and packaging intact.

3) Please contact us at enquiries@chirongin.com for details of where to send any returns. Your email should include:

• Order number and date
• Proof of any damage (if applicable)
• Reason for return

Postage

PLEASE NOTE. We are not able to refund the cost of postage, of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. Faulty items will be replaced at no additional cost.
